106 degrees Fahrenheit fever.
Blocked nose.
Sore throat.
Headache.
Stomach upset.
Diarrhoea.
Urge to vomit.
Yet, I'm still in the office now, as I do not want to take MC on my last week of working for this company.
Tell me,am I a responsible staff or I'm just stupid?

Don't torture yourself like that. I don't think you'll be able to work under a condition like that. Take half day off alright? Taking MC on the last working week isn't going to imply that you are weak or inefficient.
Take care of your body first before taking care of other stuff because once your body is down, you won't be able to do anything anyway.
Give yourself a break, okay?
