a n g e r

Humans have feelings. Lots of feelings. As the title of this post suggests, this is clearly one of the most significant feeling a person will experience during the journey of one's life.

ANGER.

Frankly speaking, I'm not someone who usually unleash my anger widely out to everyone around me. Instead, I rather keep all the anger and frustrations inside me and let it 'explode' inside me. I understand, I wouldn't want everyone around me to hate me and treat me as some hot-tempered, angry, and self-centered. And that is why you'll still see a d*mn 'happy-and-joyful' person whenever this sick guy goes into anger mode.

Today...

An unexpected event caused me to fill myself with much anger. And I mean MUCH.

I've never been THIS angry at something before. The last time I felt like this is definitely a decade ago, and today is the day I felt it...again. The rage inside me burns my heart...filled my whole body with anger and dissatisfaction. At this time, not even my usual silence and perseverance hold my anger. But still...I managed to keep my anger inside me. Deep inside me, hidden from the naked eye.

Sometimes, I feel, this feeling....this....anger. This is definitely something that keeps us humans as...

Weaklings.

Enough of ranting and babbling about literature. Leave me alone, as I dissipate my anger into thin air...and unleash the sorrow from within.

*This anger did not come from my job...just in case you're wondering.*

r e p e t i t i o n

After browsing through my own blog, I've noticed a similar trend in my previous blog posts. It seems like I'm going through a series of...

Repetition.

Call me dead bored, call me a bl**dy conventional radio who keeps ranting, and ranting, and ranting about the same old boring sh*t. If it's not about my lousy job, it's about how s*cky my life goes, how id*itic those people (especially dumb Malaysian drivers) gets on my nerves. Seriously, it's really been quite sometime since I last post a 'quality' post like this one (although it can be quite sarcastic!)

Yesterday night, it rained heavily here in PJ and a nice lightning strike blows off my phone line (luckily I turned off my modem & unplugged the network cable beforehand!), causing me with temporary inaccessibility to the Internet for the whole night. And...that is the time when I finally think hardly....

What have I posted so far in my blog? Is it worth reading?

And I've got the answer myself.

*Scr*w you, LYJ. Your blog sucks, and no one is going to care bout what you crap in here. This is just a rubbish dump for all your worries, anger, hatred and sorrow. D*mn you. zzz...*

f a t i g u e -- a g a i n.

These days, I don't seem to blog as frequent as before. You ask me why? From the title of this post, you should get the answer you've wanted.

I'm suffering from fatigue.

I didn't go mountain hiking or do stuffs that laborers do; I'm merely working a simple office job at a tiny company and warming the seat on an air-conditioned room. Well, not too bad until that, I still did my job, just that....I feel so tired and exhausted. I feel that I needed more rest than usual. I needed a really, really long break from all this city life.

Call me a repetitive, long-winded guy, but I have to say this again.

I miss Terengganu. I miss my study days at university.

What's more, the days in my office is severely numbered after the terrible confrontation I had with my one and only colleague in my office. And I noticed it's getting worse and worse by day. I know that I have several friends here in the blogosphere who gave me ideas and encouragement to quit this job. Yes, that is my initial plan as well.

But I will continue working on until the days of my master plan arrives.

And I really hope it'll arrive soon.

*Fight on, LYJ. Don't lose faith. You can make it through this!*

u n e x p e c t e d

After voting yesterday, I didn't give a d*mn bout the results, bearing in mind that "Bah, Barisan Nasional (BN) will win this general election again, no doubt."

I went online till the wee hours of 5am this morning, and doze off to sleep without further thought about the election results'.

Until....

Early this morning, around 10am.

I was still fast asleep when I was awaken by the shouts (yes, SHOUTS) of my mum which says that the opposition has won 4 states in Malaysia. With the blurring thought and sleepy eyes, I got up from my bed, took around a few seconds to settle down before crying out (in my heart) a loud..

WTF!

Think of it. How often do you hear stuffs like this?

After settling the usual morning routines, I switched on my PC and logged online to The Star Online to check the news. And...

This is what happened.

Gosh.

Personally, I don't really give a d*mn whether BN or the opposition wins the general election. Like what I've said before, I won't get richer nor become happier when an opposition candidate wins a parliament or state seat. It's freaking none of my business, and I, as an ordinary citizen just like you who's reading this post right now, live my life just like everybody else. What matters more to me is whether the price of petrol or food will increase again, or the usual route that I take everyday to work will be jam or not.

Nevertheless, I just want to congratulate everyone who have participated on this general election. A short note to all those who have won their respective seats:

Cut the crap and do your job well.

And the main emphasis is definitely at the last word.

*bye, Mr Samy.V. The toll contractors...ohh, I mean, Malaysian citizens will miss you.*

v o t e

Today is 8th March 2008, the official voting date for our General Election.

And...

This is my 1st time voting.

Just got back from casting my vote at my ex-primary school near my house, and the whole voting process only took around 5-10 minutes, all the way from voter's name checking up to the critical 'drop-your-vote-into-the-box' action.

Though I have to admit that I may not be a good nor responsible citizen, but I do understand my right to vote for a better future. Who says one single vote can't change everything?

Guess the results should be out by this evening.

So...have you voted today?

*If only....I can 'vote' for a better job...haihz.*

e l e c t i o n

DISCLAIMER : This post is just a piece of mind from me. It has nothing to do with whatever political party, person or organization. I’m not supporting or promoting any side on this matter, and simply hope that our country will become a better place to live in.

The general election is scheduled on this coming Saturday, 8th March.

Many people will ask, what’s the big deal?

To tell the fact, actually, I know there are a lot (and I mean, a lot) of Malaysians out there who doesn’t give a d*mn about voting or casting their vote for the election. Life still goes on as usual, people will still have to work, kids will still have to go to school, and life is still as crap as ever for me. My neighbor, a 78 year old aunty, had gone for voting for only 3 times in her whole life. Beat that.

You ask, how about me?

Me?

I’m an officially registered voter. But I won’t say that I’m a responsible citizen. I’m merely enforcing the right given to me to vote for the next upcoming government. Frankly speaking, I do not have any single idea on voting for which particular party during this general election. But I always keep the quote that my dad told me before.

Vote not for the party, vote not for the person, but vote for a better future.

Thoughtful? Definitely.

Come to think of it, yesterday, a friend of mine told me to check out this youtube video. Initially, I thought to myself, what is this video about? I wonder…. When I browse to that particular site, it is actually a video done by the Youth 4 Change people about how we are ‘supposed’ to change our lifestyle as every single necessity around us is gaining severe inflation.

After watching the video and having a good laugh, I hopped to the Youth 4 Change website to discover another 3 more videos which are based on the same concept, in which one of them has to do with us bloggers! Heh…I won’t tell you the whole story here; it will definitely kill the fun.

Go to their website and check it out! What I can say is….they’ve did a good job.

Too bad I’m never interested in joining stuffs. And this is definitely not an exception. I can only wish them luck and all the best from the comfort of my home.

Hmph.
